Refund policy

At Elzara, your satisfaction is our priority. We work hard to deliver high-quality, affordable jewellery you'll love. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We currently offer returns or replacements only in case of:

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Wrong item delivered

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide unboxing video proof showing the issue clearly

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, dislike of design, or size issues (as products are custom or made-to-order).


💰 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • If the product is out of stock and cannot be shipped

  • If the returned item (damaged/wrong) is approved by our team

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


🔄 Replacements

In case of a damaged or wrong item, we will send a free replacement after reviewing the video proof.
